Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about our enrollment process
What age groups are your programs designed for?
Our programs are specifically designed for children ages 8-14. We tailor the content to be age-appropriate while still being challenging and engaging.
What's the difference between Marathon and Sprint programs?
Marathon programs are comprehensive courses that run for 8-12 weeks, providing in-depth exploration of a subject. Sprint programs are shorter, typically 2-4 weeks, and focus on specific topics or skills.
What materials or equipment will my child need?
Most of our programs require a computer with internet access. Some programs may require basic household items for experiments or projects. A detailed list of required materials is provided before enrollment.
Can I cancel or transfer my enrollment?
Yes, we offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 7 days before the program start date. Transfers to different programs are also possible, subject to availability.
How much time per week should my child expect to spend on the program?
Marathon programs typically require 3-5 hours per week, while Sprint programs usually require 2-3 hours per week. This includes both instructional time and independent project work.
